I am absolutely loving this product. I am taking a tablespoon every morning and the taste is great. First I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and follow with the blood orange olive oil. I believe it helps me with my joint pain and arthritis. I am about the same age as Suzanne was and sure miss her. I would have loved to have told her how this is helping me. Not only good for cooking, but it is helping in other ways too.
